Our Goals

Goals and Direction of Development:

1) Facility: To construct a World Class Sports Facility.
2) Our People: To attract the best coaches and create the best working conditions for coaches and academy personnel, and to develop their professional growth.
3) Excellence: To offer the best training and educational programs, including nutrition, physio and rehab which will exceed the expectations of the local Christchurch and wider NZ communities.
4) Uniqueness: To create the image of CFA as a high-level sports organization and, among all sports clubs, the primary resource of choice for parents.
5) Stability: We are a non-profit organization that aims to provide financial stability and independence to allow for constant growth in member numbers and Academy revenue.
6) Career Pathway: To build relationships with professional clubs, academies and universities around the world, in order to provide career pathways for Academy players.
7) Player Success: To grow football players with a life-long passion for the game, to a level where they can start playing for professional clubs, NZ Nationals teams or any tertiary institution.

CFA’s Mission is to introduce to New Zealand the best world practice and technologies for high quality training and playing football in a safe and inspired environment with love and passion for the beautiful game for youth football players – Next Generation Champions and more important next generation of New Zealanders.
