uppers than walking shoes

When i walk in the wintertime i opt for a water-resistant walking shoe / walking boot / path runner hybrid. It keeps my feet warm in the snow and offers great protection. If the snow level is higher i’ll wear a set of gaiters as properly to keep snow from starting my shoe.
